Hydal Aluminum Profiler AB have invested in an NHX6300. It is a horizontal machining machine from DMG Mori which was commissioned in January. The NHX6300 is equipped with two pallets, 630 x 630 mm, spindle cat 50 and 60 tools.
The machine is future-proofed and prepared for automation with, among other things, hydraulics through the pallets. It enables automatic loading of the fixtures. It is also equipped with a “Zero-sludge” system that effectively cleans the cooling water. The control system is Fanuc F31iB with Celos.
