Stena Recycling visiting Hydal!
Affe Wennerberg, Stena Recyling, visited Hydal Aluminum Profiler AB on Thursday 22 October. Affe talked about waste distribution in Sweden and the importance of recycling. Man must fully move from the former linear economy to the circular economy, ie everything we produce must also be recyclable. Recycling is a matter of course in Hydal’s operations. We are also proud to say that for several years now Hydal has been a landfill-free business and we are energy-conscious by replacing our existing lighting with energy-efficient LED lighting. Affe Wennerberg, Stena Recyling, besökte Hydal Components AB torsdagen 22 oktober. Affe pratade om avfallsfördelning i Sverige och vikten av återvinning. Människan måste fullt ut gå från den tidigare linjära ekonomin till den cirkulära ekonomin, d v s allt vi producerar skall också kunna återvinnas. Återvinning är en självklarhet i Hydals verksamhet. Vi är också stolta över att kunna säga att sedan flera år tillbaka är Hydal en deponifri verksamhet och vi är energimedvetna genom att vi bytt ut vår befintliga belysning till energisnål LED-belysning.[vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”32392″ img_size=”large”]
Hydal raises competence through Produktionslyftet!
Hydal Aluminum Profiler AB shall for 18 months participate in the Development Program from Produktionslyftet. The proven program from Produktionslyftet aims to develop the company’s inherent ability to renew itself and improve its competitiveness – all based on the company’s own strengths and values. All employees at the company become involved. In the Development Program, coaching and workshops are conducted at the company every two weeks, the last six months every four weeks. When needed, an expert with different competencies from Produktionslyftet participates. All based on Lean. Here we see committed staff who make the Lean game where you simulate the entire chain with the order flow – from the customer’s order to delivery. Hydal höjer kompetensen genom Produktionslyftet!
Hydal Components AB skall under 18 månader medverka i Utvecklingsprogrammet från Produktionslyftet. Produktionslyftets beprövade program har som syfte att utveckla företagets inneboende förmåga att förnya sig och förbättra sin konkurrenskraft – allt med utgångspunkt i företagets egna styrkor och värderingar. Alla medarbetare på företaget blir involverade. I Utvecklingsprogrammet genomförs coachning och workshoppar hos företaget varannan vecka, sista halvåret var fjärde vecka. När det behövs medverkar expert med olika kompetenser från Produktionslyftet. Allt med utgångspunkt från Lean. Här ser vi engagerad personal som gör Lean-spelet där man simulerar hela kedjan med orderflödet – från kundens beställning till utleverans.
