When cutting aluminum profiles, burrs of some form are frequently encountered. Deburring is a process used to get rid of tiny burrs and chips that are still present in the profile’s kerf. The most popular techniques involve using a sander to grind, brush, or blow away material.
Tumbling is a useful procedure for deburring minor and middle-sized features. The pieces are then eliminated by rubbing up against moving stones there.
