Investment DMG Mori NHX6300
Hydal Aluminum Profiler AB have invested in an NHX6300. It is a horizontal machining machine from DMG Mori which was commissioned in January. The NHX6300 is equipped with two pallets, 630 x 630 mm, spindle cat 50 and 60 tools. The machine is future-proofed and prepared for automation with, among other things, hydraulics through the pallets. It enables automatic loading of the fixtures. It is also equipped with a “Zero-sludge” system that effectively cleans the cooling water. The control system is Fanuc F31iB with Celos. The app-based control system has dual screens 21 ”/ 16” which gives a good overview and makes it easy and easy to handle.[vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”31591″ img_size=”large”]
New logo and graphic layout
Hydal Aluminum Profiler are now replacing their logo and graphic layout. We have had the current logo, HAP, since November 2013, when we became Hydal. Before November 2013 we were part of Hydro.The new font on the logo has a more modern appealing cut and reflects more the organization we are today.[vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”31589″ img_size=”large”]
New website
In connection with Hydal Aluminum Profiler now changing the logo and graphic manual, we have now also created a new website.
